We are looking for a dedicated Charity Shop Assistant to join our team and support our mission! As a volunteer, you will play a key role in helping us provide a great shopping experience for our customers while supporting a good cause.
Your Responsibilities

Sorting and selecting clothes by size.

Handling the cash register and processing sales.

Keeping the shop clean, tidy, and well-organized.

Welcoming and assisting customers with their shopping.
Skills & Qualities Needed
English fluency – to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Hospitality and customer service – to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
Basic numeracy skills – for handling cash and processing sales.
Attention to detail – to ensure clothes are sorted correctly.
Teamwork and reliability – to support fellow volunteers and maintain a smooth operation.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn – no prior experience needed!
