Kids’ essential items request
If you are in need of essential items such as clothes, footwear, bedding, toys, hygiene, and other requests, send an email and we will share with you the form to get the items.
Once you fill out the form, we will contact you to collect the items between 1-2 weeks at 111 King Street, South Shields, NE33 1DP.
Learn about our food boxes service

If you are an asylum seeker, refugee, homeless or on benefits, such as universal credit or a pension, you are entitled to get a food box.

If you visit our charity shop at 111 King Street from Monday to Friday, starting at 10:00 am, you can collect your food box.

To get a food box, you will need to show proof of your benefit status or situation, such as your ID or a letter, then you will need to fill a form with some information about you so it will be easy for us to find you everytime you come for a food box.

To provide food boxes each week, we work in partnership with Feeding Family; they provide the food boxes, and we bring the support to you. By giving food boxes through Feeding Families, we have been able to support 100 families each week.
